Description about this ministry.
A small group of people who review the compiled Friendship Register to identify any needs among our congregation.

When?
We meet once a fortnight, on a Wednesday morning at 9:00am for approximately one hour.

Who will be on?
About 8 people, including a Pastor.

Positions available
Committee member.

What do I have to do (main functions)?
Attend the meetings and assist in contacting those who may have a need for an encouraging word etc.

1 or 2 committee members are given the task of sending out cards of encouragement.

How do I know when I am on?
Welcomer's Committee meets on scheduled dates.

- Enjoy meeting people on the phone and face to face. .		 We are always open to new ideas of how we can carry out our ministry more effectively 1 - 2 hours (10 -11am) in 2 weeks
