Description about this ministry.
A small group of people who review the compiled Friendship Register to identify any needs among our congregation.
When?
We meet once a fortnight, on a Wednesday morning at 10.00am for approximately one hour.
Who will be on?
About 8 people, including a Pastor.
Positions available
Committee member.
What do I have to do (main functions)?
1. Attend the meetings and assist in contacting those who may have a need for an encouraging word etc. 1 or 2 committee members are given the task of sending out cards.
2. Help in the updating of the "WPCBC Welcomes Pack"
How do I know when I am on?
Welcomer's Committee meets on scheduled dates.
