(A) Description about this ministry. To serve tea / coffee and and snacks for the congregation fellowshipping in the hall after the morning service. Windup and keep back everything after the fellowshipping is over.
(B) When? Sunday 9.00am to 9.30am and then after the morning service until approx 12.00 noon
(C) Who will be on? Four Adults . (D) Positions available Volunteers always welcome. You will be partnered with others who have been on the roster before
(E) What do I have to do (main functions)?
1. Set up mugs, tumblers, tea, sugar, milk, coffee, cordial/water jugs, plating up any food & cling-wrap; turn on and fill-up water boilers; lay tablecloths. Serve tea. 2. Collect mugs etc. Wash , dry and put away. 3. Wipe table and kitchen bench tops after use. Any soiled tablecloths to be folded and put in China sink for washing by Mariana. If not soiled, shake off crumbs, fold and put away in designated cupboard. 4. Vacuum or dustpan & brush if there are crumbs on carpet.
(F) How do i know when I am on? Rosters are prepared and ready for collection from pigeon holes (under your surname) in the foyer early June (for July to Dec) and December (for Jan to June)
